Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after we receive your account details.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You may still apply for a return after delivery.
Return Shipping
- For defective/incorrect items, FromVenice will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), customers may need to bear return courier charges.
How to Request a Return

- Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Exceptions
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted for return/refund.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
- All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed & delivered within 15 business working days.
