Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
• If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.

Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Customized or personalized items may take an additional 5–7 business days to process.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
• Other Locations: 7–10 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may attract an additional charge of ₹50.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• Orders can also be tracked through the “Track My Order” section on our website.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, external factors (such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions) may affect delivery.
• If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, you may contact us for support.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.
